Well you won't need Phil and Kirstie from 'Location, Location, Location,' as our villa gives you all this from its position on a quiet lane in the centre of San Jose village and you won't need to drive miles up a dirt track to get to it! Stylish, full of light and uncluttered (so don't bring Ann Maurice, the House Doctor.). Recently chosen to feature in Spanish Homes magazine this spacious villa has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialise, but has private areas where couples can be alone together. For fans of Can't Cook, Won't Cook, the village's bakery is at the end of the lane for vital supplies of strong hot coffee an delicious food! A good bus service, village amenities a taxis all mins away - you can save on the expense of hiring a car, not many villas can offer that!

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for 7 nights rental in UK pounds and include linen & towels. If bookings allow, periods can be flexible (either shorter or longer lets). Please consult us for details. 50% deposit required on booking with balance and damage deposit due 8 weeks before arrival. Air-con is available at extra cost of 150 euros or UK pounds equivalent, if paying before arrival. Short break opportunity - 5 days in September only £1600. 2009 prices now released due to popular demand!
Changeover day
We rent Saturday to Saturday in high season. Arrival should be after 4pm and departure no later than 11am (to allow for cleaning) We're happy to store your suitcases should you arrive on an earlier flight or leave on a later one.

The roof terrace offers stunning views across the countryside & is the perfect place for private sunbathing, relaxing in the evening under starlight, or watching the sun rise at dawn! It is equipped with teak steamer chairs, beanbags & bamboo furniture. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Crisp, cool bedlinen and fluffy towels are supplied. Towels changed midweek (no having to wash them yourselves!) bedlinen weekly. The villa is cleaned for arrival and midweek. For summer 2009 Hammam towels will be supplied for the pool loungers. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning can be provided as an optional extra- 150 euro a week (or £ equivalent if paying before arrival). All bedroom windows are equipped with outside shutters to keep the rooms cool for your comfort. Two good quality hairdryers are provided. As owners who care we supply condiments/tea bags/coffee/kitchen roll/milk etc and we ensure there are chilled drinks waiting for you on arrival. We also provide soap, loo rolls and tissues throughout your stay. Families with toddlers may like to note that the villa has gates from the dining area, to close off the pool area, making it safe to relax. A quality Ikea wooden cot and highchair can also be provided on request. Parents please be aware that the pool has no paddling area (although the roman steps do provide a small shallow area for play). Adult groups please note this villa is not suitable for parties and outside music should be played at a respectable volume. We ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the villa.

Outside
The villa has an alfresco dining area in a sunken garden, ideal for BBQs and lunches (help yourself to the herb garden!) along with a shady 'chill' out area where you can relax on comfy beanbags whilst listening to the relaxing sounds of the water feature. The rooftop terrace is great for sunbathing in complete privacy - gain that elusive all over tan! The large terraces off the bedrooms and lounge ensure you can laze away the day - try the comfortable banquette (put the hood up, plump up the cushions & snooze in the shade!) The private pool is 9x4m and is sun-splashed all day long, there are quality teak sunloungers complete with Hammam pool towels (new for 2009). Chairs, tables & recliners are provided for relaxation and dining. Theres also a yoga/pilates platform for fitness devotees! In the evening transform the garden & terraces with candles & atmospheric lighting - great for BBQs or sit on the roof terrace & gaze at the stars. Day or night this villa has lots to offer!
Coast/Beach
The villa is perfectly placed for quick access to the west coast beaches of Ibiza including stylish Las Salinas where all the famous people head for (12 minutes by car/taxi), trendy Cala Jondal with its fantastic restaurants or the snorkelers' favourite Cala Moli which is quiet even in August (5 minutes by car). Buses run through the village to the beaches of Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella and the Bay of San Antonio where you can catch water ferries to beaches such as Cala Conta.
Golf
The island's golf course, the 27 hole Roca Llisa, is about 15kms (20 minutes by car) away.
Special interest holidays
Around the village of San Jose and the rest of Ibiza there are numerous bike paths and walks that can be enjoyed. The town hall has provided information on the routes available - please ask if you are interested and we can forward the details onto you.
Travel
The airport is 10 minutes away by car (or approx 15 mins in a taxi). Car hire isn't essential as buses run to both San Antonio & Ibiza. The village is fully serviced with a supermarket (closed on Sunday), bars, shops & restaurants. Should you wish to hire a car it can be organised & collected from Companies at either the Airport or San Antonio. Taxis are easy to flag down in the village or we're happy to call them for you. New for 2008 is the airport bus which runs through the village
Distances
Cosmopolitan Ibiza town is 15 minutes by car/bus and €18 in a taxi, whilst San Antonio is 10 minutes away by car/bus. The airport is a 10 minute drive away. As it's a small island not many places are more than a short drive away and we are always happy to provide guidance on the best way to reach places you wish to visit.
Further details
Only minutes away on foot the village has, some top class restaurants, a tapas bar where there is no menu - you just point at what you want!, a good supermarket with many well-known brands, a butcher, 3 banks, post office, newsagents, church, patisserie, children’s' playground, many speciality shops and a chemist, doctor and dentist. The village also has a cafebar that has live music twice a week in its charming courtyard garden. There is a regular bus service that runs through the village which can take you to cosmopolitan Ibiza Town, lively San Antonio or a couple of near by beaches.
Booking notes
50% deposit required on booking, with the balance payable 8 wks before arrival. A security deposit of £400 is also payable with the final balance and will be refunded via internet transfer, after the villa has been cleaned and checked. Book now for next summer, with only a 10% deposit required!
