Fully fitted kitchen, oven, glass hob, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. It is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is kept fully stocked with and guests are asked to replenish what they have used. |

Light and airy open plan living area, with high ceiling, and a stone fireplace. All furnishings are modern and good quality-from the Conran Shop or similar. The dining table seats four on chic cane chairs and there is also a table and four canvas covered. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. The flat is cleaned before arrival and at the end of each week. Extra cleaning is available paid locally. |
Notes on accommodation
There are electric heaters which heat upo the flat nicely and a log fire can be lit in winter.

Outside
The flat is set in a romantically designed beach front estate of sub tropical gardens. There are 5 shared pools of different sizes. The estate opens onto 3 public beaches one of which is private to the club. In summer there is a restaurant overlooking the club pool. The estate has 24 hour security and entry is past a guarded barrier. The sheltered bay is a haven for yachtsman. There is one tennis court.
Coast/Beach
Literally two minutes to the beach on foot.
Golf
The Real Club de Bendinat, an 18 hole course is about a mile away. It has been established for around 18 years, has a glamourous club-house and is host to many events.
Travel
20 minutes from the airport. Car hire is recommended but there is a bus service to Palma from outside the gates if you don't want to worry about parking in the city for a days shopping and exploring.
Distances
The Anchorage is 20 minutes from Palma which is now filled with up to date boutiques, bars and restaurants, and only 35 minutes from the beautiful hilltop town of Valdemosa and the beautiful North West Coast. Soller, the once isolated orange growing centre is now a 45 minute drive through a new tunnel. It is difficult to find many places on the island much more than an hour and a quarter's drive away.
Further details
Portals Nous only 10 minutes away has an excellent supermarket but also recommend a shopping trip to Santa Catalena market (or indeed any of the excellent village markets) in Palma where you will find the freshest fruit and fish. On the rare rainy day the large Porto Pi air-conditioned shopping mall is 15 minutes drive, with many of the popular brands and a huge hyper-market and easy parking.
Puerto Portals, a really buzzy harbour, is 15 minutes drive away is lined with high fashion luxury boutiques and an excellent variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. In summer The King and his family, other royals and celebs are seen here and it is most probably the best people watching on the island.
