Number 1, which was our house until just recently, is in the prime position on the exclusive Tramontana Estate. the others are adjacent and are front line. Tramontana has just 25 houses positioned around lovely gardens and is situated on the edge of the beautiful Mahon Harbour. It is very peaceful and friendly. There is a large pool and a car park. A small General Store and a Restaurant are within a few yards of the Estate entrance. The owners live closeby.

This superb property was our home until recently and is furnished accordingly. It has 4 bedrooms:
On the first floor the main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a large balcony offering one of the finest views in Menorca.
There is a further bedroom with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the harbour, another with a double bed and a vanity sink unit overlooking the gardens and there is a family bathroom.
On the second floor is bedroom that has a single bed and windows to both the harbour and gardens.
On the ground floor is the beautiful lounge/dining room with truly stunning views of the harbour and gardens from the many windows. The lounge is superbly furnished and has Sky TV, DVD/MP3/CD, Wifi Broadband.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, laundry room with washer and dryer. On this floor there is also a shower room. The house has air conditioning and heating throughout.
Outside is a patio overlooking the harbour and gardens.

6 Tramontana (3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6)
This is another smaller superb property furnished to a high standard. It has three bedrooms:
On the first floor the main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room with a balcony overlooking the harbour.
There is a further bedroom with two single beds and a vanity sink unit overlooking the gardens and also a family bathroom.
The second floor has a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the harbour.
On the ground floor is a beautiful lounge/dining room with superb views of the harbour from both the lounge and the private patio.
The lounge has Sky TV, DVD/MP3, Video, Radio/CD.
There is a stunning kitchen which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The house has an automatic washing machine and a dryer and air conditioning and heating throughout.
Outside is a private patio overlooking the harbour and gardens.

2 Tramontana (2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sleeps 4)
Number 2 adjacent to No 1 and also front-line The property has been totally renovated including new bathrooms and kitchen..
On the first floor the air-conditioned main bedroom has a double bed with a balcony overlooking the harbour and en-suite shower.
There is a further air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a vanity sink unit overlooking the gardens and also a family bathroom.
On the second floor is a balcony with stunning views of the harbour
The ground floor has a lovely kitchen,lounge/dining room with superb views of the harbour from both the lounge and the private patio. The lounge is well furnished and has Sky TV, DVD/MP3/CD, Wifi Broadband.
There is an automatic washing machine and dryer.
Outside is a private patio overlooking the harbour and gardens..

10 Tramontana (4 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 7/8)
This property is well furnished. It has 4 bedrooms:
On the first floor the main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom looking towards the entrance of the harbour.
There is a further bedroom with two single beds overlooking the harbour, another with a two single beds and a vanity sink unit overlooking the gardens and there is a family bathroom.
On the second floor is bedroom that has two single bed and windows to the harbour and opening onto a very large terrace overlooking the entrance of the harbour.
On the ground floor is the lounge with separate dining area.The lounge is well furnished and has Sky TV, DVD/MP3, Radio/CD.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen including dishwasher, There is also a separate cupboard with a washing machine and dryer. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating throughout.
Outside is a private garden overlooking the harbour and the communal gardens.

Notes on accommodation
As these properties are very strictly non-smoking they are unsuitable for smokers. Also the cliffside position on the harbour's edge is unsuitable for very young children. Sorry no pets. Please note that during July/August the minimum booking is two weeks.

Coast/Beach
Menorca is an Island with many, many beautiful beaches and being only 35 miles long means that many beaches can be reached within a 10 to 30 minute drive.
There is a lovely harbourside beach just a few minutes walk from the houses.

Golf
Son Parc golf course is 20 minutes drive away.

Travel
The airport is only 15 minutes away by car and the ferry terminal is 10 minutes.
Although a car will add to the enjoyment of your holiday, a 10 minute walk to Es Castell will take you to the bus stop for the 10 minute ride to Mahon from which many places on the island can then be reached by public transport. However,the position of the houses is such that many holidaymakers do not wish to leave the ever changing maritime views and relaxing gardens and spend the entire holiday there!

Further details
Sol del Este is a small urbanisation less than ten minutes walk from the small town of Es Castell. There is a restaurant/bar and shop within 100 yards of the property. In Es Castell, apart from supermarkets, lively square and many restaurants and bars is the delightful cove of Calas Fons with its picturesque views that can be enjoyed from the many bars and restaurants. There is a bus every 30 minutes for the 10 minute ride to the capital of Menorca, Mahon. Buses can be caught here to many areas of the Island.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is taken upon booking and the balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
