Changeover day
Wednesday is preferred though other days are considered.
Clients should not arrive until 3pm on arrival day and leave by 10am on the day of departure.

Lounge is equipped with radio, satellite TV, VCR and DVD player.
Other: WC adjacent to living area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Rental includes all linen and washing towels. Beach towels are not supplied. Villa is cleaned weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
The living area is on the first floor with access to the shady balcony. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with doors leading onto the terrace and swimming pool. The pool is an `infinity` pool with water cascading over one edge. There is a large library of books, video tapes and audio CDs. Central heating has been provided in all living areas and bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Gardens and sun terraces surround the 10 metre private swimming pool and there are sun loungers, a child's paddling pool and a barbecue. The car port under the villa gives shade for your car.

Coast/Beach
A safe sandy beach at Arenal is five minutes away by car and another is at Son Parc, fifteen minutes away by car.
Menorca boasts many other beaches up to forty minutes away on the south coast.

Golf
18 hole golf course fifteen minutes away by car at Son Parc.

Travel
The only airport is Mahon, twenty five minutes away by car. Car hire is considered essential, to be able to tour this beautiful island.

Distances
Mahon is the capital with a full selection of shops, banks, post office and restaurants. It is twenty minutes away by car. The rest of Menorca can be explored with ease. No attraction is more than sixty minutes away by car.

Further details
The local shops in Addaia comprise a small supermarket, souvenir and newspaper shop and restaurants. They are five minutes walk up the hill.

Booking by owners form available on request. A 10 percent deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable eight weeks in advance.
