It is a part of Mallorca that still remains totally unspoilt. There are beaches within minutes walk with a fabulous mountain backdrop. Betlem has two bars/restaurants. Just 3km along the coast is a delightful port and fishing village, Colonia de Sant Pedro, where there are two supermarkets, shops, banks, a church, bars and plenty of restaurants.

There is a large balcony upstairs overlooking the sea, plus a rear balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. There is a private terrace with built in table and benches, right by the sea and a decking area for sunbathing, there is a small paved garden to the rear overlooking the mountains.

Direct access to the sea beaches all around, there are lively beaches 15 minutes drive away.

Special interest holidays
There are numerous activities to pursue in the area. There is golf, snorkelling and swimming in the clear waters in the bay and right outside the villa. Sea front or mountain walking, sailing, discovering local medieval towns such as our local town Arta, and eating and drinking in the fine Mallorcan restaurants or just simply relaxing and soaking up the sun in this beautiful area.
Travel
Betlem is a 50-60 drive from Palma airport. Hiring a car is essential. I can give details when booking.
