Apartment 1

This fully air conditioned apartment is situated on the top floor (8th)of the Siesta 1 complex. The large balcony has views that are probably unrivalled in Alcudia and stretch across the pool, complex, the bay of Alcudia and onto C'an Picafort in the distance. Truly spectacular!! The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, DVD player, Playstation 2 and all other home comforts.
Bedroom 1 has a large Queen Anne sized bed, whilst bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed. The Lounge area also has a large double sofa bed.

This fully air-conditioned apartment is situated on the 5th floor overlooking the large pool in the Siesta 1 complex. It is equipped with a full kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob etc and has a breakfast bar area for indoor dining. The apartment has a TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. The balcony has superb views overlooking the pool and beyond to the bay of Alcudia. The perfect place to relax after a hard days sunbathing.

The Complex has a large swimming pool. There is a Bar/Restaurant open from 8.30am - 01.00am with entertainment nightly for Children and Adults.

Alcudia's sandy beach which stretches for approx. 7km is a gentle 5-10 min walk.
Golf
Alcanada Golf course is a 10 minute drive. This course boasts views of the Mediterranean from every hole.
Distances
Alcudia's Old Town and Port are approx. 5 mins drive.

The Complex benefits from 24 Hour Reception. Internet access is available at a small extra charge. Taxis can be booked and money changed from Reception.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit is required to book the Apartment with the Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 refundable damage and key return deposit is required with balance and is refunded on return of keys.
