Notes on accommodation
There is heating provided in all the apartments and the studio. Also there is air conditioning in 1st and 2nd floors plus the studio. The 1st and 2nd floors and studio have a safe each.
The apartments are suitable for families and couples alike and the studio for a couple (studio not for very elderly as no lift).
Outside
All the patios/balconies and roof terrace are furnished with table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
10 metres from the beach. All facilities and sea sports and sailing are available in Puerto Pollensa.
Golf
Short drive to both Pollensa and Alcanada golf courses (10-15 minutes).
Travel
60km to Palma airport.
Distances
In resort of Puerto Pollensa, historical sights closeby in Pollensa and Alcudia and Serra de Tramuntanya mountains very closeby. Palma only one hour´s drive.
Further details
Plenty of good restaurants and all seasport facilities, boat trips etc. Good shops and boutiques, plenty of banks and entertainment in the evening can be found.
Good walking and hiking available, diving, tennis, etc.

25% non returnable deposit at time of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. This will be by sterling cheque. After balance is paid any cancellation prior to arrival will result in a 50% return of the total price.
