The apartment is very suitable for children but unfortunately no pets please. No smoking. Good access for wheelchairs.

Coast/Beach
There are many lovely beaches on the island, mainly reached by car.
Golf
Son Parc 14 hole golf course is approx. 25 minutes drive away.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Use of a car would be recommended.
Distances
Closest town is Es Castell where you will find several supermarkets, a pharmacy and banks. Calas Fonts is a 5 minute walk. There is a regular bus service to Mahon.

This modern, light and airy duplex apartment has a high specification with its own car parking space and a large communal pool. The restaurants, bars and shops of Es Castell are a short stroll away and centre around the picturesque Calas Fonts. There is a traditional Menorcan culture in Es Castell.
Booking notes
£100 deposit per week. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If the holiday is booked within 8 weeks of departure then the total amount is payable at the time of booking. Clients are advised to take out travel insurance. There is an additional security charge of £100 on the total cost of the property rental – this is fully refundable on return of the keys and the property being in good order.
