Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday but we are flexible. There are now flights from many airports throughout Europe every day. Access to villa on arrival day 3pm. Departure from villa before 10am. We try to be as flexible as possible.

| Bedrooms: |
Single bed and double bed rooms. Three with en suite bathrooms and two sharing the fourth bathroom. Two rooms with air conditioning units and all with ceiling fans. All lead out to the pool and garden area. |
| Bathrooms: |
Four bathrooms. There is either a shower or bathtub and a shower in each one. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen has all that´s necessary to make your stay easy and as non working as possible. Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. |
| Living Rooms: |
Sofas and enough seating between the living and dining rooms to seat 10 if all beds are occupied. Anything for children can be arranged. Television in sitting room. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All towels and bedding supplied. Sheets & towels changed every week and house is cleaned once a week in high season. |
Notes on accommodation
House is totally suitable for children. There is central heating for early or late in the year bookings. In all double bedrooms the beds can be separated into 2 singles if required.

Outside
There is garden furniture, barbecue in the garden and plenty of poolside furniture to make your sun days enjoyable and comfortable for 'siesta' time. All is for the exclusive use of the Tanca d'es Pla occupants.
Coast/Beach
5 minute drive to the southeast beaches. 20 minute walk.
Travel
Mahón airport a 15 minute drive from the house. Also a 15 minute drive to the port of Mahón (capital of the island) where the ferries leave for mainland Spain. Car is essential as there is little or no public transportation. This can be arranged when you make your booking (or later).
Distances
10 minute walk to the nearest town of Sant Lluis.
Further details
Plenty of quality local restaurants within walking distance.
10 mins. to S´Uestra and one of Menorcas best family run supermarkets where all the locals buy.
