Further details
The apartment is in fantastic location, close to all amenities but very quiet area. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
Just 2 mins walk in front of the apartment is the cosmopolitan Marina Botafoch with upmarket shops and wonderful restaurants, cafes.
Behind the apartment is the lovely sandy beach of Talamanca.
5-10 mins walk to the night clubs of Pacha and El Divino although no noise!
Booking notes
To book the apartment we require 30% of the total rental cost payable by a bank transfer. Security deposit of 800 euros (in the 3 bedroom penthouse)and 500 euros (in the 2 bedroom) payable on arrival, to be paid back in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.
