The apartment is in fantastic location, close to all amenities but very quiet area. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
Just 2 mins walk in front of the apartment is the cosmopolitan Marina Botafoch with upmarket shops and wonderful restaurants, cafes.
Behind the apartment is the lovely sandy beach of Talamanca.
5-10 mins walk to the night clubs of Pacha and El Divino although no noise!

Security deposit of 600 euros payable on arrival,to be paid back in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.
