Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this super little complex of three, 2 bedroom apartments share a good sized pool. Whist basically furnished and equipped they provide a comfortable base in an excellent sea facing location Each terrace faces away from the others so there is some privacy and they could also be let as a whole for extended family and friends. The apartments are within a couple of minutes from 2 restaurants, a gift shop and a local supermarket and within 10 minutes walk of Binibeca Fishing Village which has plenty more shops and restaurants. Binibeca is a very popular and sort after resort and there are no hotels or high rise buildings keeping it unspoilt.

Outside
Good sized communal pool with steps into and terracing round it. Each apartment has its own entrance and the boundary is marked by high hedges for privacy from the road.
Coast/Beach
Five minutes walk to Binibeca beach which is sandy and gently sloping and has an excellent beach bar/restaurant. Sun loungers, parasols and pedalos can be rented here.
All along this south coast are coves and small beaches as well as swimming from the rocks.
Golf
Golf Son Parc is a championship quality course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The course is both challenging and picturesque. It is located just a few hundred metres from the award winning Son Parc beach on the north coast of Menorca. Around the course are wooded hills and a protected wet zone with a rich variety of bird life. In the distance are views of Monte Toro, Menorca 's highest point
Travel
The apartments and within twenty minutes drive of Mahon airport. It is not necessary to have a car here but we would recommend one to visit the rest of this lovely island.

Twenty minutes drive to Mahon with its spectacular harbour.
Five minutes drive to the nearest town of San Luis.
Further details
In Binibeca there are shops, restaurants, cafes, cash points, gift shops and a diving school. The nearest town is Sant Lluis which has a good variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, banks and a pharmacy.
