Newly installed air-conditioning and heating make this home a comfortable year round. Young children staying in this house need careful supervision, as the pool is on a lower level than the living and sleeping areas.

Accessibility
This home would be difficult to navigate for someone with mobility challenges, as the pool is on a different terrace level from the living and sleeping areas.
Outside
Terraced gardens, three large patios on three different levels, an outdoor built-in barbecue, extensive terrace furniture off living area, and pool side chairs and lounges. The pool is private and is approximately 5x10 meters.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is a 2 minute drive away. Other nearby beaches are about 15 to 30 minute drive. Most area beaches are located in lovely secluded coves.
Golf
Local 9 hole golf course is 1 mile away, with nice clubhouse and restaurant. An 18 hole course is about a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
Car hire is essential and the nearest airport (Palma) is one hour drive away.
Distances
Costa de los Pinos is located in the North East of the island, an 8 minute drive away from the town of Son Servera, a 5 minute drive from the resort towns of Cala Bona and Cala Millor, which have many stores and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Cala Ratjada, again with a good number of stores and restaurants Since the island of Mallorca is relatively small, it is easy to explore by car with day trips.
Further details
In addition to the large grocery stores in the nearby towns, there is a small grocery store in the center of Costa de los Pinos, along with several restaurants.
If one is interested in tennis or water sports, there are a water sport school/rentals and tennis courts at the EuroHotel resort, which is about a 1 minute drive from the villa.
Booking notes
Contact owners directly to book. A non-refundable deposit of 20% by bank transfer is due at time of booking, balance due upon first day of occupancy. A 200 euro security deposit is also due at time of occupancy in case of damages and will be returned at the end of the stay upon a completion of a walk through with property manager. No credit cards.
