Changeover day
Friday. Guests must vacate by 10am to allow time for cleaning.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with full sized bath / shower over, wc, bidet.
Kitchen: Kitchen, cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster. Bottle fridge in lounge. DVD player.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner table and chairs, sofabed single, ceiling fan, ironing board and iron.
Other: Front balcony with table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels and linen are included changed weekly (not to be used outside apartment).

Accessibility
I feel that the whole of Menorca is not for anyone who may have mobility problems as there are many steep inclines and steps all over the island.

Outside
Lovely well maintained pools and gardens with easy access to everything. The poolside bar has a children's play area and pool tables.

Coast/Beach
Lovely, sandy, well served beach a 10 min stroll away (steep access).

Golf
Nice course at Son Parc, a short drive away - open to non members.

Travel
10 min drive to airport, car hire available opposite apartment, local bus service to Mahon is also available.

Distances
A trip to Mahon with its quaint narrow streets, gin tasting, market and harbour is always a good idea.

Further details
Within 5 minutes wak of the apartment there is a pharmacy, hairdressers, hole in the wall (cashpoint), 3 well stocked supermarkets, trinket shops, restaurants and bars.

Booking notes
A non returnable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Plus a returnable £100 security cheque, once keys are returned cheque is destroyed or returned.

Guest comments
I will not blow my own trumpet but in 6 years I have not had even 1 negative feedback and have many repeat bookings.
