A one bedroomed apartment, first floor which sleeps four people. On a complex with a children's pool and adults swimming pool. Opposite the cove of Cala'Forcat, and within a 10 minute walking distance from the resort of Los Delfines, where there is a varied amount of bars, shops and restaurants.

Living Rooms: Sofabed which sleeps 2, table and chairs, DVD player, limited free view on Sky, ceiling fan. Door leading out to balcony.
Other: Balcony with table and 4 chairs. Umbrella. Clothes drying rack.

Linen and towels are included, please bring your own beach towels. Linen and towels changed weekly, apartment cleaned weekly.

Adult swimming pool and childrens splash pool. The pool is shared. Balcony with sea views.

Coast/Beach
Across the road, cove is approx.100 metres, steps leading down to small sandy cove with safe paddling in the sea for children. Another beach is approx 10 minutes walk away, again ideal for families.

Travel
Mahon airport is approx. 45 minutes away. A short stroll into the main resort, but a car would be nice to be able to see more of this lovely island and explore its history and numerous quiet coves and villages.

Distances
Nearest resort is approx.10 minutes, nearest town is Ciutadella which is a 10 minute bus ride from straight opposite the apartment. There is a regular bus service (every 20 minutes approx) very reasonably priced.

Further details
Local shops just minutes away from the apartment all well stocked with everything you require. A large selection of restaurants in the resort catering for everybody's tastes.There is a cash point, car hire shops, bicycle hire etc.
Childrens air park, aqua park and mini fair all within walking distance.

About the owner
We live in England as we are both still working, but we try to get out to Menorca as much as we can.We have 5 children between us and 3 grand daughters. We first "discovered" Menorca 6 years ago, and fell in love with the island straight away, so much so, that we looked for an apartment to buy in that first visit! We like the people, the laid back pace of life and of course the beautiful coastline and little villages still maintaining the Spanish way of life.

Unique benefits of the property
Our apartment is on a small complex, mainly owned by Spanish people as their holiday homes. There is no childrens club, no mini disco, no getting up early to get a sun bed, (in fact very often you may find you have the pools to yourselves!) Another bonus is that the childrens pool is directly in front of us, so whilst the children are splashing around you have the advantage of watching them from the balcony (giving you a little "free" time now and again! The apartment is a short walk away from the main resort, but this gives it the peace and quiet of what many of our holidaymakers like. The complex is almost at the very end of the coast and thus giving lovely walks nearby around the cliffs, and the most amazing sunsets.
