Outside
The house has 4 large private secluded terraces , 2 with dining areas. A shaded area with teak table and wicker chairs and carved woodern Indian sofa. On the lower terrace a large wooden table and chairs overlooking the stream. 2 teak steamer sunloungers and parasol on the sun decked terrace with views to the mountains. A large stone BBQ, garden lighting and plants (banana and fig trees), bourgainvillea and selection of planted pots.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to the beach at Port de Soller with its pleasant coved bay and many beach side cafes and restaurants.The pretty town of Soller is 10 minute drive from the village,The cala in Deia is a 25 minute drive.
Travel
Fornalutx is a 35 minute drive from Palma Airport. A small toll fee is required at the tunnel. Car hire is recommended as there is no public transport to Fornalutx. There is Car Hire available from the airport and Port de Soller.

Palma 35 mins. Soller 10 mins. Port de Soller 10 mins. Deia 20 mins. Valldemossa 40 mins.

Fornalutx has been voted the prettiest village in Spain on numerous occasions, set in the Sierra Tramuntana Mountain Range, surrounded by orange,lemon and olive groves set on Moorish stone terraces. The village offers 4 restaurants, 3 bars, a supermarket, a bakery, chemist, antique shop, banks and a number of gift shops, making it a perfect location for relaxing, walking and painting, the bustling town of Soller with its famous antique tram is on its doorstep, with its many boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants.
Booking notes
50% deposit upon booking, paid by bank transfer. Bank details upon booking. The balance paid in full 4 weeks before start of booking date. Cautionary deposit of £100 payable by cheque on arrival, returnable on departure, subject to deductions for any damage or breakages. All bed linen as well as towels supplied but there will be the usual small laundry charge of 40 euros.
