This newly constructed modern top floor apartment is to be found right on the sea front, overlooking the sea at Es Cana, which is located within a five minute stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a large family communal pool located on the ground floor which can be viewed from the balcony. This special apartment is excellent self-catering holiday accommodation with a spectacular sea view in a tranquil environment.

A 25% booking deposit is required to secure the property with balance payable in full, 8 weeks before arrival date.

A Security deposit of £200.00 is payable against damages and/or breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days following satisfactory inspection of the apartment and safe return of the apartment keys.

‘It was a lovely hassle free process and one that we shall definitely be repeating in the not too distant future. We did not need to contact anyone for anything, but it was nice to have Nicola's number out there if we had required anything and the apartment was superb. We did not want to come home. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking! Truly a home from home experience and enjoyed thoroughly by us all.
