Property description

Our apartments are located in a prime location in Cala Ferrera, they are in a quiet complex and at the same time very near to the center and to some lovely sandy coves. We have 12 one bedroom apartments, spread over ground, first and second floor. All units are of the same size (50m2) and wide terrace (4 m. x 4 m.) oriented to the east, they are equipped with either air conditioned or central heating, sat. tv, wifi access and safety box available. Combined lounge-dining room with two sofa beds, 1 bedroom, fully equipped open plan kitchenette, bathroom and a wide sun terrace. Sun beds available around the pool.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels and linen are included.
The apartment is cleaned once a week. and there´s the option for an extra intermediate cleaning at a cost is 40€.
Maid service is provided undertaking a change of bed linen once week and the change of towels twice a week.

Offer for April, October and November: No charge will be applied for each additional person. Offer for May and June: The 10€ supplement only will be applied for the 3rd person. The 4th person free.

About the area

Our Apartments are just 5 minutes walk to Cala Ferrera beach and Cala Esmeralda beach.
In few minutes by car you will find the Golf Course Vall D´Or as well as some stunning natural sandy coves like Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana, Cala Brafi, The Natural Park of Mondragó, the typical fishing village of Porto Colom, The Monastry of San Salvador and the village of Felanitx with its popular market on Sundays.
Cala Figuera or the Caves of Drac are less than 20 minutes by car.

How to get there
Car hire is no need. The Airport is 60km away, about 50 minutes drive.

My family own theese Apartments for more than 20 years now, and when my dad retired, my sister and I took it over.
We like our job and we always try our best!
I´m confident to say that we´ve got a good team and our goal is to make our clients feel as confortable as possible.
We live and work in the area so we gladly help our customers in all they want to know.

Why this location?

Cala ferrera is basically a resot for families, although there´s enough night life for the youngsters. Cala D´or is just at a short walk and a little further is tha marina. Many people come to visit us year after year and must be for a reason. In the peak season can be very crowded but if one likes some peacefull for sure will find it!

What are the unique benefits of the property?

Our Apartments are in a prime location as they are less than five minutes walking to the beach and also very near to down town. In the surroundings there´s a wide offer of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. We try hard to give a first class service at a very reasonable price!
