Nestling in the foothills of The Puig Mayor, overlooking the delightful village of Fornalutx and the town of Sóller, is this charming, romantic, stone cottage, Casita Pau Morro. Part of the Finca C'an Pau Morro it stands on its own a short distance away from the main Farm House. It faces south and has sunshine throughout the day both summer and winter. The approach is up a winding lane, on the outskirts of the village, this takes you half a mile into the hills to a private access road with parking. Three terraces of olives and oranges lead you up through a lovely garden to the Casita. There is a pool and a jacuzzi which is shared with the owners. Please note this is a farm with chickens (free range eggs) a talkative parrot, 4 well behaved cats who will come to visit but they are not allowed in the Casita. If you are allergic to cats or sheep bells suggest you don't book!

Outside
The property has 3 separate patio/terraces, 1 off the main bedroom, completely secluded with wonderful winter sun, another leading off the kitchen facing south with a magnificent view and finally a stone laid terrace with a picnic table and shade from surrounding olive trees. There is also a lovely landscaped garden offering shade and sun with a fish pond and additional sun loungers. An ancient estanque, set amongst the orange groves has been converted into a swimming pool. It is 10 feet deep, 7m long and 3m wide. Faced in terracotta tiles and fed by fresh spring water it is always cool and refreshing. The pool is shared with the owners. There are 2 sun loungers on the top terrace outside the kitchen/dining room and 2 more in the landscaped gardens below. A Jacuzzi in the orange grove sets a romantic evening.
Coast/Beach
The charming Port Soller, and its beaches are a 10 minute drive from the village. There is a local bus service between Fornalutx, Soller and Port Soller. Also a delightful tram that runs from the centre of Soller to the port. For further information click on About Fornalutx and Soller. There are tennis courts and a full sized olympic swimming pool 3km towards the port.
Travel
Car hire is recommended.
Further details
The property overlooks the Soller valley and the village of Fornalutx. It is a 5-7 minute walk down to the village square where there is a terrific little supermarket selling everything. It is open 8am - 8pm every day except Sundays when it opens fram 8am-10am. There are also 3 bars, 4 restaurants, 3 boutiques 2 hairdressers and a pharmacy. There is internet connection via wireless broadband (WiFi).
Sóller provides a regular train service/tram servicebus service. There is a local taxi rank at the station in Sóller. For information on this historic valley click on About Fornalutx and Soller.

Booking deposit of £150 transferred to Natwest Bank. The remainder in cash in euros on arrival. Check in is at 3.00pm. Check -out by 10.00am.
