This well designed charming villa host spacious grounds and gardens There are several terraces you can choose to eat relax and enjoy Ibiza sun one of which boasts a charming fountain and fishpond. Cool pine shading areas . Outside Dining table and chairs. Palms and fruit trees natural herbs raised flowerbeds and rockeries with fragrant Jasmine, Bougainvilleas and climbing flowers within the 2000sq.m land surrounding the garden. We have 5 open patios and 3 covered, one of which has a built in pool bar excellent for entertaining. This area has its own sink, fridge and seating overlooking the pool and sea. Also their is a built-in BBQ , and dining area under the natural pines for outdoor alfresco dining.

Coast/Beach
Cala Salada'Europe's Second Best Beach' 4 minutes away. It is a beautiful natural pined beach and is known for its dramatic evening sunsets. There is local fish restaurant especially known for its fresh cuisine and overlooks the bay of Cala Salada. There are many areas of unspoiled natural beauty ideal for walks to appreciate the stunning views - one of which is called Punta de sa Galera. This view can also be seen from the villa.

Twenty mins to the Golf courses in the outskirts of Ibiza town.

Travel
20km Drive to Ibiza Airport. 3km drive to San Antonio. 20km Drive to Ibiza Airport. 3km drive to San Antonio. 10 minute drive to Ibiza Town. 20 minute drive to Santa Eulalia.
Car hire is recommended. There is a good bus service available that runs into the main town and many places of interest eg - old town and main town of Ibiza and various beaches.

Distances
The villa's superb location means that although on a quiet exclusive hillside you are only minutes from one of Ibiza's largest towns San Antonio and easily accessed by good quality asphalted road. The port of San Antonio. is 3 km away where you can catch a boat to the different parts of the island, A mini train that travels to different places of interest, is very popular with children and also enjoyable for adults too.

The Sun set bars are 3Km away, The Aquarium in Cap Blanc (open every day) 3km. Go carting racing circuit 3km. Gym - 3km. Push bikes or scooters are easily available to hire and are ideal way to discover the island at your own pleasure and take in all its breathtaking views.
