The outside area is fully equipped with sun-loungers, table, chairs etc and a large barbecue.

Towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided and changed weekly by our local management company. Property cleaned on arrival and departure or more frequently if requested in which case a small charge will be made. |
Notes on accommodation
High chair and cot with bedding are available for a small charge. The garden is secluded and ideal for children. We have local villa management on-hand 7 days a week.

Beautiful garden with a wide range of Mediterranean plants and surrounded by dry stone walls, a large patio area, a private 10mtrs x 5mtrs swimming pool, lots of outdoor furniture and sun beds, barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful beaches of Alcafar and Binibeca are just 10 minutes drive and the wonderfully picturesque inlet of Cala Rafalet is an easy 30 minute walk through beautiful countryside.
Golf
Nice golf course 30 minutes drive away in Son Parc.
Travel
Mahon airport is 15 minutes by car. A car is essential to enjoy the full beauty of Menorca. We can arrange car hire and welcome food pack if required.
Distances
San Lluis is 2km away has a restored windmill, shops and restaurants and a sports centre. Es Castell (Villa Carlos) is 2.5 km away and the beautiful Cala Fons with restaurants surrounding the pretty bay. Mahon is 5km away and has lots of shops, restaurants and the second largest natural harbour in the world (after Pearl Harbour).
Further details
Trebaluger has a wonderful local family supermarket (known all over the island for it's meats and cheese). A large chain supermarket and garage are 5 minutes drive from the villa. San Lluis has some wonderful restaurants (where the locals go), banks and a small range of shops.
