If you would like to reserve the apartment, then we'd require an advanced deposit of 30% by bank transfer. Remaining 70% would be paid on your arrival. With a deposit for damages of 600-1000 euros (depending of number of people and season). This deposit is to be paid back in full on your departure. Easter time is 1200 euros/week. To secure the booking we require a 30% by bank transfer. This brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment is finished and furnished to a high specification. The spacious lounge has TV and DVD,sofa bed for 1 person and dining area.It also has sliding glass doors leading to the terrace with dining table for 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities.They include a ceramic hob cooker,oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwaves, full dining service and cutlery. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 singles.Both rooms have plenty of storage and a supply pf clean bed linen and towels is provided.The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is an intercom entry system.Travertino marble flooring in all the apartment and electric windows shutters. The apartments are set in a lovely Mediterranean style garden and there is a nice swimming pool and pool for children surrounded by wood decking and sunlounges to take the sun.24hrs security. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for 1 person.
