Cala d'Or itself can be reached from the other side of the marina or by taking the small land train which runs regularly around the resort.

The first floor apartment is luxuriously equipped and fully air conditioned, overlooking the gardens and the pool.
The large double bedroom opens on to a private balcony and consists of a double bed with en suite modern bathroom and shower.
The kitchen dining area is fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine as well as a full range of smaller domestic appliances.
The lounge/dining area consists of dining table to seat 4,a sofa bed, occasional table, Sky TV and DVD/video player.
An exclusive roof terrace is also accessible from the bedroom or lounge patio doors.

The spacious ground floor apartment is luxuriously equipped and fully air conditioned, overlooking gardens and the pool.
It consists of a large double bedroom with king size bed; bedroom two is also a double room but with twin single beds.
There is a modern bathroom with shower.
The kithcen area is fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine as well as a full range of smaller domestic appliances.
The lounge/dining area consists of dining table to seat 6, a large sofa bed, occasional table, Sky TV and video player (selection of DVDs, videos provided)
The lounge patio doors open onto a paved terrace within a private walled garden.

The furnishings of this brand new property are of luxury quality, which includes bed linen, bath towels and utencils for use on the granite kitchen work surfaces.

The property is set amongst extensive paved areas leading to the two circular pools, one with child's area. Both pools have feature waterfalls descending from an elevated bubble pool.
There is ample on-site car parking, secured by electronic gates.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is that of Cala Egos, a 5 minute stroll away. Numerous other small coves and beaches are accessible in the immediate area.
Golf
Vall d'Or Golf 18 hole course is situated only 7k from Cala d'Or.
Travel
Palma airport is a 45 minute drive from the property. Taxis and car hire are readily available from the airport. A car is not essential when staying at the property due to the close proximity of all facilities.

Further details
There are many shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (5mins). A well stocked supermarket is a short stroll, providing a superb range of fresh meat, fish fruit and vegetables.
