Bedrooms: Bedroom 1with double bed, decent fold out large single bed, flat screen TV, DVD, sky and fitted mirrored wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and large fitted wardrobes.
Very clean with new bedding on each bed with all mattresses cleaned.
Bathrooms: Family bathroom that benefits from a power shower, WC and vanity unit with basin. Also location of the washing machine. Clean fresh towels are also provided.
Kitchen: Kitchen, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and tumble dryer. Plates, knives, forks, tea towels etc are provided.
Utility Room: No room but apartment benefits from a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: Huge 40sqm room, with UK full sky satellite TV, flat screen TV with a DVD player. Large comfy Sofa, perfect for chilling after a hard day laying in the sun, dining table suitable for 6 comfortably. Full view of Sea/harbour and San An.

Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility problems as on 1st floor and terrace accessed via stairs.

Outside
Accessed internally from the apartment via a new staircase is the wonderful sun Terrace. It is completely private and benefits from a Gas BBQ, 4 sun loungers, table and chairs, wine fridge. Private pool shared with 8 other apartments.

Coast/Beach
5-10 minute walk to beaches in San Atonio Bay. Ferry to many more beaches and town centre.

Golf
This is a private club although you can play. Green fee for one day is 90 euros, under 15's 20 euros and under 21's 60 euros and an electric cart hire is 41 euros. There is a restaurant but you have to be either a member or pay the 90 euros. There is a putting green, driving range & equipment rental.
Founded in 1992 and located just seven kilometers from the capital Ibiza, midway between the towns of Jesus and Santa Eulalia. The Golf de Ibiza has two quite different fields located in a rugged valley south of the island near the coast.

A new field of 18 holes and the 9 hole which is the oldest part of the disappeared Golf Roca Llisa created twenty years before. The course offers different challenges in the game.

Travel
Ibiza Airport 22km from apartment, transfer time 15-20 minutes. Good taxi services but car hire an advantage for exploring the many wonderful beaches and how green this beautiful island is.

Further details
Local shops, banks and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walk, San Antonio town centre 20-25 minutes walk via Plaseo (walk along harbor front).

About the owner
Genuine honest couple slowly retiring to Ibiza to be nearer to our son. Until we move full time we are taking the opportunity of sharing our great apartment with respectful others.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
As stated above, also we searched for some time and this has as much outside private space as it does inside. The apartment is in a quiet secluded position with no passing traffic enabling all to get good nights sleep but close enough to take a short walk and enjoy all San An gives! Great location, great views, perfect!

Unique benefits of the property
Spectacular Views, Very Private and Very Large Sun Terrace. Lay down kick back by day, sit down and chill by night watching your own personal sunset. The views are un-interupted.
