The sandy beach resort of Arenal d'en Castell is only a 5 minute walk away from the house where you will find sun beds, pedaloes for hire, bars and restaurants.

Golf
18 hole golf course at nearby Son Parc. Facilities include driving range, individual lessons for children and adults, bar and restaurant.

Special interest holidays
5 Star PADI Scuba Diving facilities are provided in the nearby village of Addaya by Ulmo Diving. The school is well equipped for both beginners and the experienced diver, offering many specialised courses and a range of dive sites in the immediate locality.
Tennis Club is close by offering courts to hire at Coves Noves. Bicycles can also be hired at nearby Coves Noves.
Fishing trips & private tours of Mahon Harbour can be arranged.
Horse riding, boat hire can all be arranged for you.

A convenience store and restaurant is within 3 minutes from the house. The resort of Arenal d'en Castell is 6 - 8 minutes walk where a range of good quality restaurants can be found, plus shops and supermarkets.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% of total price, is required with booking. A security deposit of £250 is required and full payment of booking is required six weeks before holiday date. Security deposit is returnable within ten days of leaving property subject to no loss or damage.

I bought this property from new. It is modern and in a quiet location with superb sea views. I have spent many a holiday in this area and more recently in Casa'nita. My whole family love the area, the beach at Arenal and the dive sites close by.

It has 3 bathrooms, two of which en-suite which is great for families sharing. It is within walking distance of the lovely safe beach at Arenal. Walking distance to a range of shops and restaurants.
