There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor.

Kitchen: The american kitchen open and is fully equipped including oven, ceramic cook top, big American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave
Utility Room: Washing Machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utilities - in a closed cupboard inside the second bedroom upstairs.
Living Rooms: The living room is open and modern and includes a large modern corner sofa, a dinning area, digital TV which allows switching movies to original language on some channels, Satelite, DVD and sound system with extra speakers outside on the terrace.

About the owner
We are a danish couple with 2 children living in Ibiza. We have lived on the island for nearly 8 years and knows the island well - so if you need any advice we can help you with this.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Roca Llisa in Ibiza is very good and quiet place to be. Beautiful nature all around and from here you are near to everything. We have the only golf course on the island literately in our back yard. Ibiza town is only 10 minutes drive away. You can walk to the nearest small beach. You can walk to several restaurants - including the famous beach restaurant Amante. You are no more than 15 minutes away from the most popular beaches on the island.

Unique benefits of the property
Our duplex is very modern and comfortable. There is a great sound system that also have speakers on the private terrace. We have endless good music for you to enjoy. This is also a great place for kids. You can even keep an eye on them from the terrace or from under under one the palm trees in the lush garden while they swim and play in the huge community pool
