2012 Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday Prices are shown in UK Pounds per week. Discounts are possible for Long term lets and or over the Autumn/winter months. Bookings for less than 5 days available by separate negotiation. This exclusive penthouse apartment is available normally Saturday to Saturday from 12pm on day of arrival and departure at 10am on the last day to allow for cleaning. A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakage deposit of £300 is payable with final balance, it will be returned within 14 days, subject to no damage. It is important to telephone us & confirm availability before returning the booking form and deposit. Normal changeover day is on a Saturday.
