The apartments share a pool, which has a separate childrens section, and changing / toilet facilities.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to pretty cove and a further 2 minutes walk to Cala Fornells beach. A 2 minute drive will bring you to one of the larger beaches of Paguera or the lovely beach of Camp de Mar.
Golf
Fantastic area for golfers with many championship golf courses nearby - Andraxt, Santa Ponsa, Golf de Poniente
Travel
The apartment is approximately 35 minutes drive from the airport.
Distances
Paguera, a lively Majorcan resort is 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive and the luxury marina of Andraxt is a 10 minute drive away. Palma, the Capital, is 25 minutes away. Camp de Mar also a 5 minute drive has a fantastic beach and some good restaurants.
Further details
Paguera has 2 very good supermarkets and lots of restaurants as well as medical facilities.
Booking notes
We are happy to accept payment in euros/sterling. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the date of departure. A security deposit of £250 is required with the final rental payment. This will be refunded when the keys are returned and our agents confirm that there has not been any damage to the apartment.
