The apartment is situated a mere 10 minutes walk away from the nearest sandy and safe beach for swimming, coastal cycling and walking and old harbour. The flat is situated near several local gyms, beauty and hair salons.

Golf
There are many golf courses a short car ride away from the flat. The nearest ones are at Bendinat, Son Vida and Santa Ponsa. Approximately fifteen mins by car.

Travel
The apartment is 15 minutes drive from Palma airport either by hire-car, taxi or efficient local bus service.

Distances
The apartment is located directly in the old city of Palma a few minutes walk from the famous gothic cathedral, museums, art galleries and main shops and restaurants, banks, Post office and supermarkets.
