Apartment H3 is situated on the popular Alto Mar development of San Jaime, overlooking the beach of Son Bou - the longest beach on the island. The location is ideally suited to families with small children during the peak season, and is a relaxing location for couples at other times. It is well served by over 40 restaurants and shops located at Son Bou, at the bottom of the hill. The gardens are well laid out with two pools in the complex for the exclusive use of residents. On a clear day the island of Majorca is visible from the south facing terrace.

Prices are per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for bookings longer than 2 weeks or for 2 person occupancy during early/late season. We also accept payment in Euros please contact for details.

Changeover day
July/August Saturday preferred. All other dates flexible. 10/11 day lettings also possible to fit in with existing bookings. Please enquire for rates.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a small terrace overlooking the rear of the property.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms fitted with ceiling fan/light fitting.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, bidet and wc.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Sea view from the kitchen sink, so even doing the washing up is a pleasure.
Utility Room: Iron / ironing board, clothes airer, fan heater and beach toys, washing machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with access to large south facing terrace.
Equipped with music system/CD player, DVD player, TV (local channels only) cane furniture. Growing library of books.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach/swimming towels.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it ideally suited for small children. There are a number of steps on the complex and is not suitable for wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties.
Cot and high chair included if required.

Outside
The large terrace is ideal for eating alfresco. A barbecue is provided. The two pools are situated close by, but far enough away not to cause disturbance to the property. The well tended gardens are planted with mature shrubs and trees, making a very pleasant view from the terrace.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Son Bou, the longest on the island is about 10 minutes walk away at the bottom of the hill. It consists of soft white sand and is perfect for beach lovers.

Golf
There is a golf course situated approx. 20 minutes drive away.

Travel
Approx. 20 minutes from Mahon airport. We suggest that you hire a car for collection on arrival at the airport. We can arrange this for you, at a competitive rate. Although not essential, a car is well worthwhile to enable you to explore the whole of the island. Nowhere on the island is more than an hours drive away. The road system on the island is very easy to follow, making it simple for anyone who has never driven abroad.

Distances
The nearest town is Alaoir, a small historical town which has many interesting shops and restuarants. The two main towns of Mahon and Cuitadella are well worth a visit. Many things of interest at both of these.

Further details
The nearest shops are situated behind the San Valentin hotel, about 5 minutes walk away. The shops and restuarants are about 10 minutes walk down the hill. Please note that the owners are non smokers and we request that you observe our no smoking rule within the apartment.

Booking notes
Deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance is due for payment 8 weeks before start of the holiday. We recommend that insurance is taken out. In the event of cancellation, all monies paid will be forfeited. However, if we are able to re-let the property, we will refund all monies received less a handling charge of £30 per week.
