This roomy modernised town house is yards from the foot of the Calvari Steps in lovely Pollensa. The accommodation is over 3 floors, with a large roof terrace giving panoramic views of the town & surrounding mountains, with views of Pollensa bay. The house's central location means it is ideal for exploring the town with all it's excellent amenities as well as the lovely countryside & local beaches. There is ample accommodation for up to 8 people, comprising 3 double bedrooms & a twin-bedded room. One of the doubles has ensuite facilities. The family bathroom has a bath with built-in shower. Plus a further separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen has an adjoining dining room. The attractive lounge with working open fire has Sky TV, DVD player( + DVDs) & free internet WiFi. We have full laundry facilities inc washing machine, tumble drier & clothes lines. The large roof terrace has a built-in BBQ & spacious seating area. Bicycles are available for guests' use

Notes on prices

Weekend nights are Friday & Saturday. Midweek nights are from Sunday to Thursday. Rates are in GBP Sterling. The rental rates include linen & towels on arrival & 1 change per week & final cleaning. A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 10 days of the deposit being paid, the deposit will be refunded less an admin fee of £25. Once the balance is paid, no refunds are possible. Clients are advised to take out insurance to cover this possibility. Payments can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer ( preferred ) or via PayPal ( 3% surcharge ) A complimentary welcome pack will be provided. Special requests can be accommodated.

Location Information: Located in scenic North Mallorca, the pretty town of Pollensa is 8km inland from Puerto Pollensa. The area is well known to visitors for it's wide range of holiday options including numerous attractive sandy beaches, ideal for sailing & windsurfing. The area also is popular with cyclists, walkers & golfers. Pollensa has many attractions, including the famous Calvari Steps; as well a number of interesting churches. There are numerous restaurants & bars to relax in. Also a good selection of quality shops & art galleries leading off the main square. There is a large market on Sundays. From nearby Sa Pobla there is a regular train service to Palma. Easy access to the motorway to Palma means that getting to all parts of the island is quick & uncomplicated.
