A Lovely first floor apartment with 2 double rooms and one twin. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen, lounge, diner, terrace. and a balcony overlooking a rocky bay. Sandy beach 2 minutes walk, with nearby shops. A variety of good restaurants nearby. Local supermarkets within walking distance are open in season. We have lovely sea views from our apartment, and we also have a beautiful shared garden.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds (euros for winter lets). A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (starter packs £10 extra). Winter lets possible.

Changeover day
Departure by 10am and arrival by 2pm by arrangement. Most times catered for. Menorva, our agents with an office nearby will store bags on departure day. They open at 9am.

Outside
Lovely gardens. No pool, however local apartment hotels allow use of their pools. There are 2 Apartment Hotels nearby within 2 minutes walk, and if you buy drinks at the bar, they have said they will allow use of the large pools.
There is a coastal path to Fornells which is fun and takes just over half an hour.
Coast/Beach
Lovely sandy beach 2 minutes walk, with easy car access to other nearby excellent beaches such as Pregonda and Cavalleria. Pregonda is a half hour walk from Bini Mel La, and is perhaps the best beach on the island. You can also hire small motorboats in Fornells, 5 minutes drive away, to visit small beaches in the bay.

Travel
Mahon Airport 35 minutes drive. We have a friend who has a car hire firm with good rates. There is a local bus service to Mahon with a bus stop 2 minutes walk away.
Distances
Fornells is 5 minutes drive with many lovely restaurants,and Mercedal is 10 minutes drive. Monte Torro is here with excellent panoramic views.
Further details
A cashpoint is located in the nearby village of Fornells, and also in Mercedal. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants are all
available in Playa de Fornells, and within walking distance of our appartment! All are open in the season.
Sailing and windsurfing at Fornells 5 minutes drive.
Also small motorboats for hire in Fornells.
Lovely walks on hand. 3/4 hour coastal walk to Fornells.
