The villa is very well situated only 600yds from the beach, and approximately 6 minutes walk from Cala d'Or centre with its bars, restaurants and shops.

Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday. This can be flexible but not in high season. Arrival time is 3pm, departure 10am. This is flexible and depends on the arrival time of the incomimg guest.

Cleaning/towels/

Maid service is included. The villa is cleaned twice a week. Towels are changed twice a week, linen once. Extra towel and linen can be arranged if required as an extra. |

Accessibility
The villa is a bungalow and has good wheelchair access. The pool is on the same level as the villa. Although some of the terraces do not have full access for wheelchairs, the terrace in front of the pool does. The front garden and pathway leading to the front door has good access and is all on one level. The twin bedroom has a standin shower that can accommmodate a chair for showering.
Outside
Lawned gardens to the front, terraces and lawns to the rear. A pathway leads to the sea with a jetty and steps for swimming. The private pool is not heated, it is 10m x 4m with large terraces to three sides. There are lower terraces one with a gazebo for shade and comfortable seating.The other a barbecue area with seating and a table. There are 10 sunbeds, large table with 8 chairs for dining out by the pool. A table and bench in the front garden. Bedroom 3 has two chairs and a table on its own terrace.
Coast/Beach
Cala d'Or has seven sandy coves. Cala Esmeralda is the nearest to the villa just 600yds. Two other coves are a 5 minute walk from the villa. Cala Esmeralda is named because of its emerald green/blue water.
Golf
Golf is within easy reach, 10 minutes by car. There is an excellent course and club house, including restaurant and swimming pool.
Travel
Nearest airport is Palma it is 45 minutes from Cala d'Or. Nearest village is Cala d'Or. Santanyi is the nearest town. Transfers can be arranged either by taxi or mini bus. A car is not essential as the villa is near to the village. Car hire would be a personal choice. Airport transfers can be arranged
Distances
5 or 6 minutes walk from Cala d'Or. Santanyi is the nearest town. Most places of interest are within easy reach.
Further details
The village have been made into walkways with restaurants and shops to suit every taste. There are two large supermarkets and several small ones. The port area has been tastefully developed with wonderful restaurants and shops. Boats can be hired and there are lots if different trips that can be taken. In the villa there is a small library. A collection of about 50/60 books for the use of the clients.
Booking notes
Bookings are by telephone or email. A booking form will be sent by post, a deposit of 30% is required by return. Final balance 10 weeks before the date of departure.
Guest comments
Many of the guests return to the villa year after year.They find it very peaceful during the day and love the terraces with the breathtaking views of the sea. In the evening they enjoy the the short walk into the village and not having to worry about driving a car to the bars and restaurants
Mr Peason's family had their holiday on the 17/06/06 for two weeks it is there second time at the villa, to secure a booking for 2007 they re-booked before they left. They say it is the best place they have ever stayed.
Mr Ron Pug has been coming to Cala d'or for the past 15 years, he discovered the villa 4 years ago and stays twice a year. I just love it he says, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
The Dixson's have been coming to the villa for the past 7 years for one week, every other year. They had such a wonderful holiday there in 2006 that instead of booking for every other year they now come every year .
