Notes on accommodation
Golf clubs, tennis rackets, sunbrollies, hairdryers, inflatable paddling pools, and umpteen games and children's toys are all there for everyone to enjoy. Z-beds, cots and/or highchairs can be additionally hired.
Outside
Outdoor dining furniture with sun umbrella. Barbecue with all implements. The 32m long swimming pool with integral toddlers' shallow area, together with the setting of the house, make this an ideal location for families and couples alike.
Coast/Beach
Delightful small 'locals' unspoilt beach at Macaret is 25 mins walk. The fantastic horseshoe beach at Arenal d'en Castell, with all resort facilities, is 5 mins drive.
Golf
Golf Club Son Parc (visitors pay green fees), where there is also an excellent golf range and tennis courts, is approx 10 mins drive.
Travel
The airport of the island is Mahon. Car hire, which can be arranged, is not essential but is recommended to explore the beautiful and historic island and to access over 50 beaches. Buses, on a regular timetable, stop across the road near casa vista.

About the owner
Bought our home in Menorca new, to my own spec in dialogue with the architect, for my family, not originally with the intention of letting, which I have done in recent years, to the entire delight and satisfaction of the many who have now rented. Refs and comprehensive photo album fully available.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Have been going to Menorca since the children were tiny. It is a delightful island with a widely varied topography. When I found myself able to purchase a property I knew the island well enough to pinpoint exactly where I felt that the most benefits would apply. Addaia offers closeness to both beaches and the Addaia Marina and with surrounding pine trees there are great walks coupled with shade from the sun.

Casa Vista offers four balconies, including one directly off the principle bedroom, and a roof terrace with 360 deg commanding views Since it faces east, the bedrooms enjoy the morning sunshine, likewise both the front terraces for breakfast. A large lawn is directly in front, surrounded by laurel hedges. Shops are accessed by a 3 minute walk, with all provisions therefore conveniently to hand and no need, therefore, to get in a car whenever you've forgotten something!
