Addaia is a small hamlet set in a wooded area with a splendid natural harbour/marina. Well away from the pool area - the pool has an integral children's shallow zone - the house, individually designed to a high standard and facing East-West, enjoys a pleasantly cool interior with a choice of terraces for sun or shade at any time, and stunning sea views from the roof terrace. A short walk to the pool, the tennis court, a well-stocked small supermarket, newspaper/souvenir shop, dive centre, and bar/restaurants, ensures all prime needs are to hand with the marina equally nearby. 5 mins Arenal beach and 10 mins drive to 18-hole Golf Course and/or riding at Son Parc. Menorca, some 50 x 30kms., is a declared Biospere Reserve.

Living Rooms: Lounge, with corner-located raised open wood fireplace, has front patio doors opening to a large sun terrace and is separated from the kitchen by the breakfast bar.
Other: Good sized roof terrace with cantilever wall-table and sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels provided (excl. beach towels) and changed weekly. The property is professionally cleaned before and after each occupancy.

 

Notes on accommodation
Golf clubs, tennis rackets, sunbrollies, hairdryers, inflatable paddling pools, and umpteen games and children's toys are all there for everyone to enjoy. Z-beds, cots and/or highchairs can be additionally provided.

Coast/Beach
Delightful small 'locals' unspoilt beach at Macaret is 15 mins walk.
The fantastic horseshoe beach at Arenal, with all facilities, is 5 mins drive.

Golf
Golf Club Son Parc (visitors pay green fees), where there is also an excellent golf range and tennis court, is approx 10 mins drive.

Travel
The airport of the Island is Mahon.
Car hire, which can be arranged, is not essential but is recommended to explore the beautiful and historic island and to access over 100 beaches.

Bought our home in Menorca new, to my own spec in dialogue with the architect, for my family, not originally with the intention of letting, which I have done in recent years, to the entire delight & satisfaction of the many who have now rented. Refs fully available.
