Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday high season. Other dates by arrangement. Available from 2pm incoming, vacate by noon outgoing in high season. We will try to be flexible wherever possible with flight departures.

Notes on accommodation
Spacious accommodation suitable for all ages in an up market resort. The large terrace overlooks the private pool and well manicured lawns. A path leads directly to the sandy cove with beach bar. The complex, gardens and pool are beautifully maintained. Cots and high chairs can be rented if required. The apartment and complex are suitable for families and for couples.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor from the road/car park and therefore suitable for wheelchairs. There is a ramp down to the pool area for wheelchairs if required. Direct access from apartment to the beach, no roads to cross.
Outside
The apartment is set in well manicured lawned gardens. Large pool shared with other apartment owners.The complex is for apartment owners and guests only. Very private and well maintained. A path leads to the palm tree fringed beach which is renowned for its lovely sandy beach and gentle slope into the sea. The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard. There is a children's play area at the rear of the beach as well as a snack/drinks bar.Sun loungers are available for hire on the beach.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is directly overlooking a small sandy cove, fringed with Palm Trees. Approximately 3 mins walk through the gardens.
Golf
Mallorca is ideal for golfers all year round.There are four golf courses within reasonable travelling distance and 15 on the island of varying degrees but something to suit all levels of experience.Cala Vinyes is exceptionally well placed for golf. Bendinat Golf Club is just ten minutes away, with the three courses at Santa Ponsa (home of the Balearic Open), and Poniente Golf Club within 7km. Travel
Palma Airport is approximately 20 mins via car/taxi. Taxi costs vary depending on the amount of luggage but should be around 35 euros. All taxis are metered but agree a price first with the driver. collection from the airport can ve arranged if required.
Distances
Situated in a quiet location but with easy access to the following: 2 waterparks, Pirates (evening entertainment),Go Karts, Golf Fantasia, shopping and sight-seeing in Palma, Marineland.
Further details
There are two small supermarkets in the village which sell most groceries. There are a few restaurants, Chinese, pizza, Spanish, English. There is also a 4 star hotel where you can drink/dine watch the entertainment. This also has a beauty spa. In the village there is also a car hire facility, internet cafe and a hairdresser. We can arrange for the hire (at a charge) mobility scooters, pushchairs, baby monitors, sterilising equipment, car seats and cots.

£100 deposit per week. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure. £100 security deposit also required with final balance.

About the owner
I live in England with my husband and our twin boys. We both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends.
We find the resort ideal for us as its quiet and peaceful but within easy access to many interesting and livelier places if required.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We orginaly stayed in the Cala Vinyes hotel whilst visiting our friends who had been living on Mallorca for 10 years.
When we decided to buy our own property we remembered how much we liked the area and how these apartments were in a fantastic location with a lovely swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
Our parents and other family members have all had fantastic times in the apartment and we also come along with friends as often as possible.
There are friendly bars and restaurants on the doorstep if required. Its also great to chill and relax in the evening on the terrace with a large glass or three of wine.
Unique benefits of the property
The view from the terrace overlooking the pool and sea is just wonderful.
Surrounded by well tendered gardens the pool is a must and the sea/beach is just through the garden.
The apartment is on ground level and therefore very easy for access for the less mobile and young children.
There is a ramp if required for wheelchairs down to the pool.
