The price is for 2 people for one week inclusive of all utilities. There is an additional charge of 50 euros for a third person per week.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Arrivals after 14.00 hrs, departures by 11 a.m. unless alternative times are arranged with the owner.

Bedrooms: The upstairs bedroom has a double bed of 180x200cm which can be separated into singles. There is ample cupboard and drawer space and lovely views over the valley. There is a small through annexe room off the main bedroom with a single bed.
Bathrooms: Walk in shower, WC and vanity basin. Soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Heated towel rail for winter.
Kitchen: Cooker, oven, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.
Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Living/dining room with table, chairs, sofa, armchair and fireplace. There is a DVD player, radio and CD player. There are also some games and books, mostly in English.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as the cottage is up a hill and the bedroom on the 2nd floor.

Large terrace of approx 40m2 with table and chairs and loungers. Own private parking area next to the cottage.

Coast/Beach
Near Northwest coast of Mallorca, Puerto de Valldemossa is 6 kms down a windy road, beaches 20 mins drive.

Golf
Son Termens Golf course within 10 mins drive, others within 30mins drive.

Special interest holidays
Good walking area and also popular with artists and cyclists. Please note that we are in the foothills of the Serra de Tramutana mountains and most of the walks are quite hilly.

Travel
Airport Son San Juan, 20 mins drive.

Distances
Valldemossa 2 mins drive, 15 mins walking. Palma 15 mins drive. Deia 12 mins drive, Soller 25 mins drive.

Further details
Valldemossa is set in the Serra Tramutana mountain range and is famous for its Carthusian monastery and beautiful setting. Has plenty of shops, cafes, banks and a supermarket.
