Just a short walk from the beaches of Port of Soller, this newly constructed apartment is on the 2nd of 3 floors. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard with marble tiled floors throughout, the apartment (in a block of 9) has a total area of 120m2. Please note that we do not accept children.

The beach is just 4 minutes walk.

Travel
30km (20 minutes) to Palma airport. Airport pick ups can be arranged.
Car hire is not necessary, but can be hired locally if required.

Further details
Honey coloured houses, jagged mountains and turquoise sea. This part of Mallorca, well away from the main tourist areas, will appeal to those looking for a little extra, for a quiet and peaceful relaxing holiday.

The main town Soller, of Moorish origin and a population of 12,000, is famous for the orange and olive groves that abound in the area. It has a main square where the locals gather for their morning coffee and croissants and to watch the world go by. There is a morning market where local produce is sold and a train station from which the famous old rolling stock still rattles its way to Palma and back several times a day.

From the station, the electric tram (ex. San Francisco type trolleys) runs through the square, past the market to the Port of Soller, a beautiful, almost circular, well protected bay with safe beaches. From here you can take a boat along the wild, rugged northern coast to sheltered little bays inaccessible by road. Around the bay are a good number of small restaurants and shops. Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Dein, an area of musicians, painters, poets and artists who have for many years found inspiration here.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required with the balance payable 28 days before arrival. Clients will be met in Soller and taken to the property.
