Gommar, in the beautiful area of Pollensa, is situated amongst pine trees at the base of one of the regions spectacular mountains, just off the road from the port to the Old Town. Particularly quiet, yet just minutes from the seafront, and the town centre, it boasts its own selection of little bars, restaurants and shops. The modern community is nestled into the hillside and consists of five blocks, strategically placed around 2 large swimming pools, joined by a waterfall, and features well maintained gardens. This newly decorated apartment is at the front of the community on the 3rd floor with magnificent views across the pine trees to the mountains and the bay of Pollensa. The building has an entry phone system and lift.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday; departure time 10am, arrival time 3pm. However, can be flexible on these times depending on prior bookings.

Kitchen: Separate, well equipped kitchen with full sized electric fan assisted oven with grill, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Beautifully furnished, the apartment features a spacious L shaped lounge with dining area.
Satellite TV, DVD, and CD/radio/cassette player.
Other: Fully enclosed glass conservatory which is a delightful seating area for sunny breakfasts or balmy evening sundowners.
Cleaning/towels/

Cleaning, and linen/towel change are weekly. Spares are also left in the apartment.

Lovely balcony area which includes an open air terrace plus an enclosed glass conservatory with fully folding doors and windows. Pretty well maintained communal gardens. Two large communal swimming pools (1 adult, 1 childrens pool) joined by a waterfall.

Coast/Beach
Puerto Pollensa boasts a long sandy beach with safe bathing and a pretty Pine Walk stretching from the marina along the seafront to the far north of the resort. It is approximately 2 minutes drive to the beach from the apartments and around a 10 minute walk.

Golf
Pollensa Golf course is approximately 10 minutes drive and the course at Alcanada is about 20 minutes by car.

Travel
Palma is approximately a 45 minute drive. A car is not necessary for this holiday, but is recommended if you want to fully explore this beautiful and fascinating island.

Distances
The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa and a mere 10 minute drive to the beautiful Old Town of Pollensa. Inca, the leather town, is about 20 minutes drive. Palma is 45 minutes drive. All these places are also easily accessible by the local bus service.

Puerto Pollensa, located in the north of Mallorca, has retained its unspoilt intrinsic charm and character from the days when it was a small fishing village. There is a wealth of locally owned bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops grouped around the marina, the town square, and the stunning Pine Walk, with beautiful views across the wide sheltered bay to the Alcanada penisular and Alcudia. Explore the wonderful Spanish Old Town of Pollensa, see the spectacular views and amazing sunsets at Formentor, or for the more energetic there are lovely walks across the mountains to Calle San Vicente and the Boquer Valley. The northern area of Mallorca with its stunning scenery, challenging terrain, and beautiful unspoilt nature reserves is particularly favoured by walkers, cyclists, and bird watchers.
