This is a beautiful duplex apartment in a new, luxurious, complex in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is located in between two other rental properties and close to one of the Penthouse apartments, making them an ideal combination for groups and families. See ref 3544 & 3401. The kitchen is to the right of the front door and has a large glass window looking out to the entrance of the building at the back. Modern units and marble work surfaces complement the stainless steel oven and touch dial vitro hob. There is a large fridge-freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. On the left is a shower bathroom with corner shower and a separate single bedroom. On the right is a staircase leading to the bedrooms on the upper level of the duplex. The lounge dining room on the ground level is completely open plan with lots of natural light. The floor is a light marble with white walls and the decor is in vibrant Aztec red.
