We invite you to view additional photos on the owners webpage link at the bottom of this page. The maisonette is located in Coves Noves with superb views across to Na Macaret and Addaya. The shared pool is directly below the balcony and the property benefits from a large patio with 3 seater swing and is fully equipped for al fresco dining. The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is 10 mins walk away and there are tennis courts, restaurants, a supermarket, cash points, and a bouncy castle park close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive. Free view satellite TV is also provided with DVD. There are ceiling fans throughout the property. Folding sunbeds are also provided and these may be taken to the beach if required. In order to offer our clients a better service, we now accept any start date to you holiday. We have also just installed a new ceramic hob and oven for the 2010 season.

All prices are per week in UK Pounds for 4 persons.
Where a booking spans two periods prices will be pro-rata.
A surcharge of £50 per additional person is required.
Changeover day
Please note: In order to offer our clients a better service, changeover days are now fhis will enable you to benefit from much cheaper flights. Access to the property is 14:00 on day of arrival and departure must be by 10:00
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom is at the end of a long corridor and has magificent sea views. The second bedroom has direct access to the rear balcony. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet. |
| Kitchen: | The seperate kitchen includes 4 burner hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | There is a cupboard in the hall with a washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge dining room has free view TV, video and dining room table with 6 chairs. The sofa bed provides two full size single beds. |
| Other: | At one end of the lounge there is a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea with stunning panoramic views. At the other end is a large balcony which is fully equipped with 3 seater swing, table with 6 chairs and a large umbrella. |

All linen and towels are provided (with the exception of beach towels). There is a linen change included for two week bookings. |

Notes on accommodation
The front entrance to the property is at ground floor level whilst the rear is effectively first floor to accomodate the change in ground level. It is particularly safe for children as the pool can only be reached via the front door and both the balcony and the patio are totally closed. There is also a property adjoining ours which sleeps 4/7 persons so it is possible to accomodate a larger party if required.
Outside
Large patio with 3 seater wing, table and 6 chairs, umbrella and barbecue. The pool is reasonably large and is set in a large grassed area.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell is only 10 minutes walk from the property. In our opinion, this is one of the safest and best beaches in Menorca. The beach has restaurants at both ends.
Golf
There is a golf course at Son Park which is about 10 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
In the months of July and August day trips on a 35ft Sunseeker San Remo can be arranged at 50% of normal cost.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 18 kilometers and is a pleasant 20/25 minutes drive. Direct flights can be obtained from both Gatwick and Luton as well as other UK airports. In order to offer our clients a better service, we are being flexible on our change over days.This will enable you to benefit from much cheaper flights better availability and ease of travel. We are not adjusting our own prices so the total saving goes to you.
Booking notes
On booking confirmation, we hold the agreed dates for 7 days pending receipt of a £100 deposit per week of booking. Final payment is required 6 weeks before departure.
