'El Sueño' is in the Edificio Bahia complex situated in a prime position on the promenade adjacent to a sandy beach (no uphill trek from the beach). A fabulous 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment ideal for couples. (sleeps 2/3). 'El Sueño' is at the rear of Edificio Bahia on the 4th floor with stunning views of the mountains and the Soller valley. There is a lift! Situated away from the sounds of the beach and the promenade. With air-conditioning, heating and a sunny position, the apartment is suitable for year round letting. Excellent facilities for winter let. Sky English TV in the apartment. Fantastic location for summer and winter walking in the Tramuntana mountains. Airport transfers available. Non Smoking. Hot and cold air-conditioning and radiators. Lift to ground floor gives easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach. Easy access to amenities in Winter also. Trams and trains run all year.
Accessibility
Suitable for elderly and infirm but possibly not wheelchair users as there are 3/4 steps to access the lift on the ground floor.

Edificio Bahia is situated on the pedestrianised promenade. Level walk to beach, bars & restaurants (no treks uphill!). The beach (Playa d'en Repic) is 10 metres from the front entrance.

20 mins from the nearest 18 hole golf course.

The 'Serra de Tramuntana' is a much loved Winter destination for walkers, hikers, climbers and cyclists. Nearby: Scuba diving, windsurfing, canoeing, kitesurfing, boat trips, fishing, Sailing. Great Winter destination for walkers and cyclists.
Travel
Palma airport is approximately 30 mins drive. Car hire is not necessary, Taxis and Transfers can be arranged and paid locally if required. The Sóller to Palma train service has been running since 1912, and still retains its original character. It links up with the local tram that goes through the orange groves to the Port of Sóller.
Distances
3km from the picturesque town of Soller. A tram service runs every 30 mins to the town. Tram stop is approximately 100m from the apartment. Sóller shares its valley with the villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The villages of Deià & Valdemossa are also nearby.
Further details
Easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Shops, restaurants and banks available in the port and town during Winter also. Scuba diving centre in the port. Local market in Soller Saturday mornings. Local fiestas include Sant Antoni's Feast 17 January, Moors and Christians in May and St Bartholemew on 24 August.

26 Jun–3 July 2011 A really nice apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable base in an excellent location. This is our first self catering experience and we have thoroughly enjoyed the freedom and relaxation often missing when staying at hotels. We are very impressed with S’s management and keen eye for detail. We ate out every evening and were spoilt for choice – every meal was an enjoyable experience. 12 Jun - 23rd July 2011 We have just enjoyed a super stay at El Sueno. We have been to Puerto de Soller twice before, staying at the Marina Hotel, so we knew how ideal the resort is. The comfort and flexibility of staying in the apartment only made it better. El Sueno is superbly equipped and very comfortable and of course its location is just the icing on the cake. We have stayed in many apartments over the years and I have to say this is definitely the best. Great comm and help from S too, L&AD, Rotherham
