This beautiful modern villa offers superb accommodation with wonderful views across the sea. An extremely spacious split-level terrace surrounds a large swimming pool and makes the property perfect for enjoying the Menorcan climate. Located in the exclusive villa resort of Binibeca Nou, the villa is in an enviable position within walking distance of the gorgeous sandy beach, shops and restaurants. Interior A fabulous open plan living area extends over most of the ground floor and has large patio doors looking out to the sea. It has a sunken dining area with access to the separate well-equipped, modern and bright kitchen. Blue wooden beams give the entire villa a Mediterranean feel. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room with a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
