Stylish, very well equipped, modern villa with wooden floors, exposed wooden beams, full air conditioning, a private pool and sea views. The villa is located in the residential seaside area of Cala Magrana, Porto Cristo. The house is very tastefully decorated and has a living-dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, one with a dressing room and three with en suite bathrooms, a total of 4 full bathrooms and a guest cloakroom. The covered terrace is furnished with a large dining table and a comfortable sitting area, from where one may appreciate the magnificent view of the sea. The pool is surrounded by a wooden sun deck and a very well kept garden with a lawn. The property is in a very quiet neighbourhood just a few meters from the sea and about 1 km from the resort and sandy beach.

Location Information: On the eastern coast of Mallorca, lies the ancient fishing village of Porto Cristo, located in a long bay where the El Rivet river meets the sea, it is now a popular holiday resort with a quiet, friendly atmosphere. Most of its visitors are happy to simply relax in the sun and enjoy a meal in one of its excellent restaurants. Porto Cristo does have a wonderful sandy beach and a super aquarium where an interesting variety of fish can be seen. Porto Cristo still operates as a fishing village and the fishermen can still be seen setting off from the harbour as they have done for centuries. Visitors will probably want to take a trip to the nearby caves at Coves de Drac (Dragon Caves) and Coves del Hams, these caves are among the most popular tourist attractions on Mallorca, and hundreds of visitors each day enter the dark, humid caves to see among other things the biggest underground lake in Europe (in Coves de Drac).
