Located in the North East of Mallorca near the resorts of Cala Mesquida and Cala Ratjada we offer this four bedroom house with private swimming pool. The house has two bathrooms (one ensuite), 2 living areas (one upstairs), a kitchen diner and laundry room. There is an outside dining area and a BBQ area next to the pool with beautiful views of Capdepera castle.

Changeover day
The change over day is flexible depending on the time of year, the villa is available from 1pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedroom 4 with double bed.
Bathrooms: Dawnstairs bathroom whith bath/shower, wc, bidet.
Upstairs bathroom whith bath/shower, wc, bidet, en-suite to bedrooms 3 and 4.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine.
Utility Room: Iron/ironingboard.
Living Rooms: Downstairs living room with 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, tv, video and satellite tv.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen for the week is supplied and for stays over 7 days will be swapped on a Saturday. The property is cleaned before arrival and if you require a cleaner during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost of around 10 Euros per hour.

Outside
The house is set in spacious grounds. There are two terraced areas for dining, one at the front of the house, and another which has a barbecue near to the pool area. The pool is private and is 8m x 4m with a shallow end for children of about 2m x 4m and approx. 50cm deep. There are lights in the pool for night swimming.

Coast/Beach
The area is renowned for the beautiful coved beaches which are within a ten minute drive from the house. The closest beach at Cala Mesquida is only five minutes by car and is certainly worth a visit.

Golf
If you are a person who likes activity, then is plenty to do in the area. If you enjoy a round of golf then there are a few courses to choose from. Capdepera golf is five minutes from the villa on the Arta road, 10 minutes away you have both Canyamel golf and Pula golf, all with fantastic restaurants as well.
Prices vary but start around 66 Euros for 18 holes and 43 Euros for 9.

Travel
The island airport is located in the south of the island. It is called Palma de Mallorca and takes about an hour from the house.

Distances
The house looks over the village of Capdepera and it 13th Century castle. The village has some restaurants and tapas bars and is a five minute drive away. The local resort of Cala Ratjada (also five minutes drive) has restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Further details
The local beaches offer a range of water sports, horse riding and tennis are available locally. The house looks over the village of Capdepera and its 13th Century castle, which is a tourist attraction in itself. The village has some restaurants and tapas bars and is only five minutes by car. In the square in Capdepera you have the friendly bar Seglexx as well as l’orient which has a tapas bar and also a separate Italian restaurant. The house is also only five minutes from Cala Ratjada which although was once a small fishing village is now a well-equipped resort, with bars, restaurants and nightlife. You can choose from fresh fish around the harbour to burger and chips along the main street. Cove beaches such as Font de se Cala, Son Moll and Cala Aguilla also surround Cala Ratjada. It is also situated close to Canyamel where you will find the impressive Caves of Arta. The other cove beach close to the house is at Cala Mesquida and is certainly worth a visit.
If you are a person who likes activity, then there is plenty to do in the area. Horse Riding is available in Cala Ratjada One Ranch and is situated along the Cala Agulla Road. There is another ranch in Cala Mesquida, which you will see if you follow the signposts for the beach.
There is a wide range of water sports available in both Cala Mesquida and Cala agulla beaches.
Along the Cala Agulla road there is also Rancho Bonanza Tennis Club where you can book yourselves a game of tennis.
If you enjoy a bit of a bargain then there is a market in Capdepera on Wednesday mornings and a larger market on Saturday mornings in Cala Ratjada.
For those interested in walking this area is also ideal. You can walk from Cala Mesquida to Cala Agulla from the beach, either around or over the mountain. For more information on any of the activities or excursions on the island
