Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We can provide childs cot at an extra cost. Discounts are available for lets over 14 days.
Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible. Arrival time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and the apartment needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

All towels and linen are included and are changed weely. Beach towels are not included. |
Notes on accommodation
Their are ceiling fans and both rooms and a stand alone fan that is for heat/cooling.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor with approximately 15 steps.
Outside
A balcony with patio table and four chairs, clothes airer there is a shared pool which is 50 feet x 25 feet approx, and a child's splash pool.
Coast/Beach
Cala N Forcat cove is 5 minutes walk, ideal for fishing and small children. Cales Piques is 15 minutes walk again a small cove. There are 365 beaches on Menorca many of them are small coves you will need to have access to a car to get the larger beaches.
Travel
Mahon is the aiport in Menorca it is 40 minutes from Los Delfines. If you want to see the Island then you will need a car, but you can get buses to many of the other resorts which you can get from Cuitadella.
Distances
Cuitadella is the Old Medieval Capital of Menorca, it is a 10 minute car journey or you can get a bus directly outside the apartment. Mahon which is the capital is 40 minutes in the car, it has the 2nd largest harbour in the world.
Further details
There are many supermarkets where you can buy English brands of food, nappies etc. Cash point machines and Foreign Exchange you will also find in Cala Forcat. There are many different types of cuisine, and all restaurants cater for children.
Booking notes
Upon booking a £50 a week deposit will be required. The balance will need to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure, if the booking is made less then 10 weeks prior to departure the whole amount will need to be paid.
