Changeover day
The preferred changeover day would be Saturday, but we can be flexible.

| Utility Room: | Outdoor utility room, washing machine, and sink. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living room, dining table, three seater sofa bed which can be made into a double bed. Two seater sofa, satellite TV and DVD. |
| Other: | Large balcony with table and six chairs, overlooking private pool and gardens. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included but please bring pool and beach towels with you. There is a maid service once a week when towels and linen will be changed. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment can be heated or cooled by the air conditioning system. It is suitable for children of all ages and a cot is provided. We would ask people not to smoke in the rooms but outside on the balcony, please use ash trays.

Outside
Outside there is a large balcony, with dining table and seating for six there are also sun loungers for use around the pool.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches within five minutes walking distance and many more a short drive away.
Travel
Palma Airport is about 45 minutes drive away, there are plenty of taxis at the airport, but car hire is recommended.The route from the airport to the apartment is easy full directions will be given.
Distances
Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, there are local taxis which are very reasonable.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is needed to book the apartment and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday is due to start.
A £100 refundable damage deposit is required.
