Its open fireplaces with logs and excellent central heating is a special attraction for those seeking warmth in winter months. It has magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountain range, looking towards Puig Major, the highest point on the island. The house is well located for mountain walking, cycling and spectacular coastline coves and beaches. The house has four double rooms; two en-suite. A lounge and kitchen area open onto a sunny secluded outside patio and garden. A separate dining hall is located next to the kitchen.

Changeover day
Departure prior to 11am. Check in from 3pm. However times are flexible.

Notes on accommodation
This is a great summer and winter house with excellent links to local amenities. The house has a quiet and secluded garden and is perfect for outside dining. Soller's main town square, art galleries, restaurants and cafes are all a 5 minute walk away. Soller Port is 5 minutes away by car and a short tram ride from the town centre. Parking available nearby.
Accessibility
The house is spread over 3 floors. The house is not equipped for wheelchair access. Parking is available outside although access to this is via a very narrow road. We recommend making use of the parking spaces nearby.
Outside
Patio with direct link to living and kitchen spaces. Patio table and chairs and deck chairs. The patio is a private and secluded area within a pretty garden dominated by a wonderful palm tree.
Coast/Beach
Port of Soller with its excellent beaches 5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by tram from Soller centre. Sa Colobra can be reached by car or by ferry from Port Soller and the pretty Calla Deia cove is 20 minutes away.
Golf
Located close to a good 18-hole golf course (approx 15 minutes drive).
Special interest holidays
Good walking and mountain biking in nearby Tramuntana Mountains.
Travel
Palma airport 30km - 30 minutes by car. Soller is connected to Palma by bus services and its famous electric train. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Deia, home of famous artists and the poet Robert Graves, is 12km. Valdemossa, visited by Chopin and George Sands, is 20km. Fornalutx - once voted Mallorca's most beautiful village - is a 10 minute drive into the mountains.
Further details
We recommend a visit to the local market for fresh produce. Nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and has a car park available. Soller has a wide selection of shops, restaurants, banks and many other facilities. There is an indoor market with fresh produce, including fresh fish daily. Lively outdoor market on Saturday mornings. The picturesque tram runs regularly from Soller centre to the port harbour. Soller has many colourful fiestas and celebrations during the year.
