About the owner
We are a family of four, my sons are now 18 and 20 but have been going to the apartment since they were 5. There is always someone for them to be with and have fun, now they are older they love Mallorca for different reasons (Magaluf), my husband and I love Mallorca for the fabulous restaurants, the fabulous beaches, the shopping and the weather.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The location is so convenient, 15 mins from the airport, 5 mins from Palma, 10 mins from Porta Portals, 15 mins from Magaluf. The apartment is built into the side of a cliff, you therefore have unbelievable views of the sea and the marivent palace. It is an amazing bolt hole and everyone that goes can't wait until their next visit.
Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy unspoilt views, when you are on the balcony you can be anywhere in the world, its beautiful. The apartment is entirely self contained, there is a lovely restaurant by the pool and a little shop that sells all essentials and saves trips to the large supermarket.
