Changeover day
Booking dates are flexible, subject to availability. Villas must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Access to the villas will be from 3pm on day of arrival.

Outside
The lovely L shaped pool ( depth 1.4m to 1.8m, 7m x 5m) surrounded by paved sunbathing terraces, sits at one side of the covered dining terrace, whilst a lawned area extends along the other side of the villa, where the barbecue is conveniently positioned by the door from the kitchen.
Coast/Beach
Villa Turicano is just 400m from a small sandy cove (Caló dels homes morts). The lovely beaches of the Cala Mondrago National park are just 3kms away and along the way there are 2 further pretty bays. This south eastern corner of Mallorca area has many interesting beaches, from the beautiful Es Carbó beach to the long and undeveloped white sand beach of Es Trenc.
Golf
Vall d’Or golf course within 15 minute drive (Val d´Or). 8 golf courses within a 45 minute drive (Val d´Or, La Reserva Rotana, San Antem west, San Antem east, Pula, Son Servera, Canyamel, Capdepera).
Travel
Porto Petro is a 50 minutes drive from Palma airport and car hire is not essential as taxis are available from the airport. Although a car is useful for exploring further afield, we don’t consider one essential here as the convertible bus or bus connects Portopetro with Cala Mondragó and the beaches and centre of cala d’Or stops in the village.

This easy style villa in Mallorca is ideal for families who enjoy peace and their own pool, but like to be walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops and if you explore a little, there's even a short cut down to the port via a (quite steep) flight of steps.
The accommodation, conveniently arranged on one floor is ideal for families or couples who like a little extra space. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs and dining table. Leading off is the bright kitchen well equipped with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
All three bedrooms are bright and airy. The double and one twin bedroom share a family bathroom, whilst the second twin has a smart shower room en-suite. Although there are no direct sea views, if you listen carefully it's possible to hear the sea as it's really not far away through the pine forest behind the Villa ‘as the crow flies' and even by foot it's no more 400m walk, by road and footpath to a small sandy cove.
Booking notes
30% of the total rental price payable at booking, non-refundable in case of cancellation, and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival date. 250€ security deposit. At the end of your rental, once we are satisfied that everything is in order then we will refund the 250€ damage deposit. Please don’t hesitate to ask us any question.
