Changeover day
Changeover day is usually on a Friday (although do check as we could be flexible on this during non-peak season). The villa is yours from 4pm and should be vacated by 10am. This is to allow cleaning to take place between occupants.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over, hand basin and WC. Shower room with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave kettle and toaster. Iron and ironing board. there is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses etc. Please report any breakages, as we can very quickly replace things. |

Coast/Beach
the beach is a 10 min walk away.There are many lovely beaches all over the island, never a long drive away, for those who have a car.
Golf
Menorca“s golf course is only 25 minutes away and is a good test for any standard of player.
Travel
Mahon airport is 15 mins away by car, there are Taxis just outside the airport.
Car hire is not essential, unless you want to explore the island.
Distances
The village of San Climente is 7 klm, on the road to Mahon, there are shops & a supermarket also a few bars. The old town Cuitadella is 40 mins away by car, is well worth a visit. Stroll around the port and narrow streets. There are plenty of lovely restaurants.

There are water parks, go carting, horse riding, diving and other water sports, just a short drive away.

About the owner
After 20 years visiting this beautiful island we decided to buy our own place. All my family have enjoyed holidaying in our villa, especially the grandchildren,who have all learnt to swim here. There is no place like menorca for a stress free relaxing holiday, so much that my brother & sister in law followed us.

Cala en Porter is only 15 mins from the airport & has everything you could wish for. A beautiful sheltered beach, with shops, bars & toilets.There is access for the disabled, & free parking. There is also a bus service for those who don't want to hire a car. There are restaurants, bars & supermarkets, who will deliver to your door. Also an evening market.
Unique benefits of the property
Convenient for beach, the centre of cala en porter, but just far enough away to be peaceful & relaxing.
