The villa is situated in Binibeca in its own grounds with private pool facing South West with stunning sea views. It is in close proximity to a small supermarket, bars, restaurants, children’s playground, bus stop and the beautiful sandy Binibeca beach is a 10 minute walk away. The villa, which can sleep up to 6, is modern and newly furnished. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge/diner, a kitchen and large 8m x 4m pool. The villa is perfect for summer rentals with family and friends, laze around the pool, explore the lovely island, spend time on the beach or even learn to scuba dive! The villa, its pool, Binibeca, in fact the whole island of Menorca has so much to offer to make that perfect holiday.

Notes on accommodation

The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances plus a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a colour TV (with free UK channels), a DVD player plus a mini hi-fi in the lounge with iPod dock. There is a weekly maid service and the private pool is also regularly cleaned and maintained. The sea can be seen from the sun terrace around the pool but the view from the large balcony is truly magnificent. A perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or night time night-cap! The balcony itself is reached from both the landing or from the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, a third bedroom is downstairs along with another bathroom.
